Settings for Video
If you process from iMovie or Final Cut on a mac, the settings to upload to youtube are relatively simple. Use MPEG4-video, 15 frames per second, medium quality 320x240 size. Sound settings not that vital usually, but not too high quality and leave the box ticked for internet streaming. This should result in a file of about 3mb per min, which youtube or blogger video will cope with easily when you upload
